5. All orders are sent via Singpost Registered mail ONLY. This is to avoid any future dispute between Diva Beauty and our clients due to lost items if sent via regular mail. This is also our preferred delivery option.
6. Singpost takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
7. The buyer pays for the delivery charges, unless otherwise stated and must include the delivery cost to their total ordered amount before
making any payment. Please refer to our Postage Pricing Guide.
8. Once your order has been sent out, we will email you the Singpost RA number for your reference so you can Track your Order.
9. We do not accept International orders. We only sell in SINGAPORE.
10. If the buyer opted for a meet up/pick-up of orders. They can choose between any of the two locations with the specified time schedule:
- Paya Lebar MRT (Weekdays @ 3pm)
- City Plaza (Weekdays @ 4pm)
Other timing request subject to availability. (e.g. after office hours)
11. All items are GUARANTEED authentic and sealed in it's original packaging. No product returns or exchanges will be accepted.
